If your iPhone will not load up the web address for your learning or your iPhone is not playing your eLearning course, here are some trouble shooting tips.
Updates
- Update iOS to the latest version your iPhone - open the Settings → General → Software Update.
- Make sure Safari or Chrome is updated.
Pop-up or Link Blocking
If your LMS or link opens in a new window, Safari’s pop-up blocker may prevent it from launching.
- Go to Settings → Safari → Block Pop-ups → Off.
- Also, under Settings → Safari → Prevent Cross-Site Tracking → Off (temporarily, if needed).
SCORM Player Issues
- If you’re launching via an LMS, the embedded SCORM player may not load properly on mobile as the version of your Iphone is too old.
Cached Data
- Clear Safari cache - Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
Weak Internet Connection
- Our courses stream media content, so poor Wi-Fi or mobile data can cause loading delays or partial displays.
